Age Details

• General minimum age: 18 years (Tax Assistant: 19).
• General maximum age: 38 years.
• Reserved categories: up to 43 years.
• PwBD: up to 45 years.
• Ex-servicemen: up to 38-43 years depending on category, with appropriate service-based concessions.

Educational Qualification - Post-Wise

• Industry Inspector, Group-C: Degree from a recognised university; OR degree from a statutory/private university in subjects allied to Engineering/Architecture; OR minimum Diploma in a relevant technical field; OR degree in Science.
• Assistant Motor Vehicle Inspector (AMVI), Group-C: SSC (Class 10) passed from Maharashtra State Board or equivalent, AND minimum 3-year Diploma in Automobile Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (or recognised equivalent).
• Tax Assistant: Relevant graduate qualification as prescribed, along with Marathi typing speed of minimum 30 WPM AND English typing speed of minimum 40 WPM (certified by Government Commercial Certificate Examination or recognised equivalent).
• Clerk-Typist: Relevant graduate qualification as prescribed, along with Marathi typing speed of minimum 30 WPM OR English typing speed of minimum 40 WPM (certified by Government Commercial Certificate Examination or recognised equivalent).
• Technical Assistant, Finance Department: Relevant technical/diploma qualification as per applicable service entry rules.
