Educational Qualifications

Consultant (Energy Economist)

• Master’s degree in Economics or Engineering with specialization in Energy, Resources and Environment from a recognized university
• Bachelor’s degree/majors in Economics or Electrical Engineering from a recognized university

Consultant (Power Sector)

• Master’s degree in Energy Systems or Engineering from a recognized university
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized technical institution

Experience

• Energy Economist: More than 8 years in Energy Economics, Environmental Economics, International Economics, Public Policy, or Development Economics
• Power Sector: More than 2 years in state energy departments or the power sector in energy policy support, renewable energy platforms, project evaluation, and stakeholder coordination

• Maximum age: 40 years
