Eligibility Details

Manager - Innovation Management

• Master’s degree in Agriculture/AgriBusiness/Finance/Marketing/Agri Marketing/Agril. Economics/Economics/MBA/PGDM or equivalent international business from a UGC-recognized institute.
• 5-6 years of experience in technology commercialization, supported incubators, assessment and evaluation of startup projects, and mentoring 25-30 startup companies.

Manager - Marketing and Communications

• MBA/PGDM or equivalent Master’s degree in Agriculture/AgriBusiness/Finance/Marketing/Economics/Agri Economics/International Business from a UGC-recognized institute/university.
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing, business planning, assessment and evaluation of startup projects, entrepreneurship development; proficient in social media management.

Manager, Finance & ICT / Consultant

• MBA/PGDM or equivalent Master’s degree in Agriculture/Agri-Business/Marketing/Agri Marketing/Finance/Economics/Agri Economics/International Business from a UGC-recognized institute/university.
• 3-5 years of experience in financial consulting; startup project assessment, organizing workshops and trainings, awareness programs to promote Agri incubation.

Business Executive

• MBA/Master’s degree in Mass Communication or Master’s degree in Agriculture/Agri-Business/Agri Marketing/Agri Extension/Finance/Economics/Agri Economics or equivalent from a recognized university.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; proficient in computers, Microsoft Office, and the Internet.
