Eligibility Criteria

• Research Assistant: Postgraduate degree in Management, Commerce, Economics, Business Economics, or a related discipline with at least 55% marks or a minimum CGPA of 6.0, along with NET/M.Phil/Ph.D.
• Prior experience in similar work is preferred. Knowledge of SPSS, AMOS, SmartPLS, and other statistical tools, report writing, and having published research papers in indexed journals (UGC-CARE/SCOPUS/SSCI/ESCI or similar) is desirable.
