Age Details

• No upper age limit for general candidates.
• Retired teachers from recognized institutions are eligible if they are below 65 years of age.

Eligibility for MANUU Assistant Professor (Contractual)

Assistant Professor (Fashion Technology)

• Master’s Degree in Fashion Design / Interior Design / Interior Architecture or allied disciplines with at least 55% marks (or equivalent grade) OR Bachelor’s Degree in relevant discipline with at least 55% marks + 5 years of relevant experience. Desirable: NET/Ph.D., proficiency in design software, knowledge of Urdu, teaching experience.

Assistant Professor (Interior Design)

• Master’s Degree in Fashion Design / Interior Design / Interior Architecture or allied disciplines with at least 55% marks (or equivalent grade) OR Bachelor’s Degree in relevant discipline with at least 55% marks + 5 years of relevant experience. Desirable: NET/Ph.D., proficiency in design software, knowledge of Urdu, teaching experience.

Important Dates

• Notification Date: 10 April 2026
• Walk-in Interview Dates: 18 April 2026 (Varanasi) and 20 April 2026 (Hyderabad)

Walk-in Interview Procedure

• Attend the walk-in interview in person at the designated venues (Hyderabad or Varanasi) on the specified dates with original documents and one set of self-attested photocopies.
• Bring all relevant certificates, identity proof, category certificate (if applicable), and passport-size photographs.
