Educational Qualifications

• Executive Trainee (Electrical): Minimum 60% marks in B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering (UGC/AICTE-recognized; ODL degrees not permissible).
• Executive Trainee (Mechanical) - all divisions: Minimum 60% marks in B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (UGC/AICTE-recognized; ODL degrees not permissible).

Experience

• No post-qualification experience required for any post (NIL).

• No separate MECL-written test or interview; selection is based on UPSC ESE 2024 score

Application Fee

• General/OBC/EWS: ₹500

Other Instructions

• Only Indian nationals are eligible.
• Selected candidates will undergo one year of training at an initial Basic Pay of ₹40,000 per month (E-1, IDA) with applicable allowances and benefits.
• A service bond of ₹1.8 lakh is applicable; a monthly retention deduction of ₹5,000 will be made during the bond period, refundable on completion of 36 months of service.
• Appointment is subject to medical fitness and category certificates as of 01.08.2026.
