MECON Engineer (Electrical) Recruitment 2026 - Online Application for 1 Post

Age Limit

• Upper age limit: 50 years for General and EWS candidates as of 12/12/2025.
• Relaxations: 3 years for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer), 5 years for SC/ST, and additional relaxations for PwD, J&K domicile, and Ex-servicemen as per Government guidelines.
• The cut-off for age and post-qualification experience is 12/12/2025.

Educational Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering obtained through a regular/full-time program from a government-recognized university or institute (UGC/AICTE accredited).

Experience

• Minimum 13 years of post-qualification experience in executing electrical works at site for building construction or industrial projects, on a full-time, regular salary basis. Freelance or entrepreneurial experience will not be counted.

Other Eligibility

• Only Indian nationals may apply. Documentary evidence must be provided at the time of interview. Age relaxations apply as per government norms.
