Age limit

Maximum age is 28 years as on 03-03-2026. Relaxations in upper age limit are applicable as per government rules.

Education qualifications

• Accountant: Intermediate level of ICAI or ICMAI
• Assistant (HR) / Assistant (Administration) / Assistant (Secretarial Service): BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration)

Additional notes

• Basic computer knowledge is preferable for the Assistant roles.

Selection & other instructions

• Selection will be through Computer Based Test (CBT) for candidates meeting eligibility.
• CBT is bilingual (English/Hindi) with 1 mark per question and 0.25 negative marking. Total duration: 90 minutes.
• Admit card, result, and final list will be published on MECON’s official website.
• Only Indian nationals may apply. No canvassing. Submission is online only through the MECON website. Ensure documents (educational certificates, identity, category certificates) are uploaded in the prescribed format.
