Age Details

• Maximum age: 50 years as on 01-01-2026.
• Relaxation in upper age limit as per applicable rules for eligible categories.

Educational Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree in the relevant subject area with a minimum of 55% marks.
• NET or Ph.D. as per UGC ODL/OL Regulation 2020.
• Degree obtained from universities outside Kerala requires equivalency/eligibility certification from Mahatma Gandhi University.
• Community reservation candidates must submit a valid community certificate and Non-Creamy Layer certificate.
• Differently Abled Category / EWS reservations require the requested certificates as per State Government criteria.
• Non-Creamy Layer Certificate is not required for SC and ST candidates.
• Natives of states other than Kerala need not apply for posts reserved exclusively under the community quota.

General Information / Instructions

• The engagement will be on a contractual basis for a period of one year.
• Selected candidates must execute an agreement with the University as per existing norms.
• Candidates under community reservation must submit the required community certificate and Non-Creamy Layer certificate.
• Differently Abled Category / EWS reservations require the relevant certificates as per State Government criteria.
• Non-Creamy Layer Certificate is not required for SC and ST candidates.
• Degrees from outside Kerala require equivalency/eligibility certification from Mahatma Gandhi University.
• All candidates must report one hour before the scheduled interview time with the duly filled proforma, original documents, and one set of signed hard copies to prove age, community reservation, qualification, specialization, publications, experience, and additional qualifications.
