Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must be officers of the Indian Administrative Service or Central Service Group ‘A’.
• Eligible for appointment as Deputy Secretary to the Government of India.
• A degree from a recognized university or equivalent is required.
• Applicants must demonstrate sound knowledge of Hindi and one other Indian language (Odiya for Cuttack, Bengali for Kolkata).
• Possess a strong understanding of Indian history and culture.
• 10 years of administrative or managerial experience in a responsible capacity is necessary.
• This is a deputation-basis government position.
