Eligibility

Eligibility Details

  • Group General Manager (Production): BE/B.Tech in Metallurgy/Material Science with at least 60% marks and 20 years of production experience in a metallurgical process plant, or ME/M.Tech in Metallurgy/Material Science with 18 years of production experience.
  • Group General Manager (Projects): BE/B.Tech (Metallurgy/Mechanical/Production/Electrical/Civil) with ≥60% marks and 20 years of experience, or ME/M.Tech with 18 years in project setups.
  • General Manager (Quality): BE/B.Tech in Metallurgy/Material Science with ≥60% marks and 17 years of experience, or ME/M.Tech with 15 years in quality control in a metallurgical plant.
  • General Manager (R&D): ME/M.Tech in Metallurgy/Material Science with ≥60% marks (PhD preferred) and 15 years of post-qualification R&D experience.
  • General Manager (HR): Engineering/Physical Sciences degree with a 2-year full-time PG in HR/PMIR/MBA(HR)/MSW and 20 years of post-qualification HR experience.
