As on 01-12-2025: Addl General Manager - maximum 50 years; Sr. Deputy General Manager - maximum 45 years. Age relaxable for deputation candidates.

Eligibility

• Essential qualifications: Full-time MBA/PG Degree/PG Diploma or equivalent in HRM/HRD/Personnel Management/Industrial Relations/Social Work/Labour Welfare from a government-recognized university or institute, or equivalent in Central/State Government services for Personnel.
• Experience:
  • Additional General Manager (HR): Minimum 15 years’ experience at Executive/Gazetted level in any Central/State Government Organization or Public Sector Undertaking (PSU) in HR/Personnel.
  • Senior Deputy General Manager (HR): Minimum 12 years’ experience at Executive/Gazetted level in any Central/State Government Organization or Public Sector Undertaking (PSU) in HR/Personnel.
