Eligibility Details

Administrative Officer

• Master’s degree with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade from a recognized university or institute.

Senior Personal Assistant

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university/institute.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as Personal Assistant in Pay Level 6 or 5 years as Stenographer in Pay Level 4 or above in a university/research establishment/central or state government/PSU or other autonomous bodies, or equivalent in a private organization of repute.
• Proficiency in English/Hindi stenography speed 120 wpm (English) or 100 wpm (Hindi).
• English/Hindi typing speed 35 wpm (English) or 30 wpm (Hindi).
• Knowledge of computer applications.

Junior Assistant

• Bachelor’s degree from any recognized university/institute.
• English typing speed 35 wpm or Hindi typewriting 30 wpm.
• Proficiency in computer operations.

Library Attendant

• 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized board.
• Certificate course in Library Science from a recognized institution.
• Knowledge of computer applications.
