Age Relaxation (MP Domicile)

• Female candidates: 5 years
• SC/ST/OBC: 5 years
• Already working in MP banks/short-term credit cooperatives: 5 years

• Ex-servicemen/Home Guard: 5 years
• Female candidates can club age relaxation with SC/ST/OBC categories
• Maximum relaxation cannot be clubbed with other relaxations (except females with SC/ST/OBC)

Essential Qualifications

• For Computer Operator: Graduation from a recognized university with knowledge of Hindi and English typing; mandatory one-year computer diploma (UGC-recognized), DOEACC diploma (level), Modern Office Management Course from a Government Polytechnic, or COPA certificate from a Government ITI
• Alternatively: B.E. (CSE/IT), MCA, BCA, M.Sc. (IT/CS), B.Sc. (IT/CS), M.Tech., M.E.
• Or: AICTE-approved Polytechnic Diploma in Computer Science/Computer Applications/Information Technology
• Or: B.Sc./B.Com. with Computer as a subject
• For Computer Operator (Sambida): Same qualifications as Computer Operator
• For Society Manager: Same qualifications as Computer Operator
• All qualifications must be from a recognized University/Institute/Board and final results declared on or before 30.11.2025
• Knowledge of Hindi and English typing

Desirable

• Computer knowledge and typing skills in Hindi and English

Experience

• For Computer Operator (Sambida): Prior contractual experience in district banks with approval of the Registrar and a minimum of 5 years in DCCBs (including service across multiple districts)

Educational Qualifications for Apex Bank Officer Grade

• Computer Programmer (Senior Management Grade-2): BE/B.Tech. (CS/IT) or MCA; two years of programming experience in a recognized institute
• Financial Analyst (Senior Management Grade-2): First Class Graduation / Second Class Post-Graduation / MBA / CA / ICWA; 2 years’ relevant experience in an RBI-licensed organization
• Internal Auditor (Senior Management Grade-2): First Class Graduate / Second Class Post-Graduation / MBA / CA / ICWA; 2 years’ relevant experience in an RBI-licensed institution
• Branch Manager (Middle Management Grade-1): First Class Graduate / Second Class Post-Graduation / MBA; 1 year of relevant RBI-licensed institution experience
• Computer Programmer-2 (Middle Management Grade-2): BE/B.Tech. (CS/IT) or IT-focused B.Sc./M.Sc. or MCA; two years of programming experience
• Accountant (Middle Management Grade-2): First Class Graduation / Second Class Post-Graduation / MBA

Important Instructions

• Apply for only one district bank and one post of choice
• Registration and final submission must be completed in a single application; multiple applications will not be considered
• MP domicile reservation and age relaxation rules apply as per MP Government norms
• PwBD candidates must have a minimum 40% disability to avail benefits
• Probation: 12 months (extendable up to 24 months)
• Minimum service tenure: 5 years from date of appointment
• No objection certificate (NOC) may be required for candidates already in Government/PSU employment
• Examination centers: Bhopal, Gwalior, Indore, Jabalpur, Sagar, Ujjain, Satna (MP)
• Candidates must choose four examination center preferences
