Age limits

• Manager (Contract): Maximum 45 years
• Manager/Assistant Manager (Deputation): Maximum 58 years (60 years for retirement)
• Manager/Assistant Manager (Re-employment): Minimum 55 years, Maximum 63 years

Eligibility for Manager

• Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Electrical or Electrical & Electronics Engineering from a government-recognized institute/university. Minimum post-qualification experience: at least 6 years, with 3 years in a relevant field/sub-domain.

Eligibility for Assistant Manager (for reference)

• B.E./B.Tech in Electrical or Electrical & Electronics Engineering with minimum 3 years post-qualification experience, including 1 year in the relevant field/sub-domain.
