Age Details

• For re-employment: 55 years to 63 years.
• For General Manager/Additional General Manager (Contract): up to 57 years.
• For Deputy General Manager (Contract): up to 50 years.
• Age relaxation for deputation: up to 58 years (if retirement age in current organization is 60) or up to 60 years (if retirement age is 62).

General Manager (GM)

• Qualifications: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical or Electrical & Electronics from a government-recognized institute/university.
• Experience: Minimum 21 years post-qualification experience, including at least 7 years in the relevant field/sub-domain. For re-employment: minimum 21 years post-qualification experience; retired from IDA pay scale of ₹120,000-280,000 or CDA Pay Matrix Level-14 (7th CPC) or above.

Deputy General Manager (DGM)

• Qualifications: Graduate from a government-recognized university/institute.
• Experience: Minimum 9 years post-qualification experience, including at least 5 years in the relevant field/sub-domain. Must have worked in IDA pay scale of ₹70,000-200,000 or CDA Pay Matrix Level-11 (7th CPC) or above. For re-employment: minimum 9 years post-qualification experience; retired from IDA pay scale of ₹70,000-200,000 or above or CDA Pay Matrix Level-11 (7th CPC) or above.
