### Eligibility Details
- **Educational Qualification:** BE / B.Tech in Electrical / Mechanical / Electrical & Electronics / Electronics & Communication / Power Electronics / Instrumentation & Control Engineering from a government-recognized institute or university, approved by AICTE / UGC, with not less than 60% marks or equivalent CGPA/OGPA.
- **Desirable Qualifications:** Postgraduate qualification in a relevant field (Electrical / Electrical & Electronics / Mechanical Engineering) will be an added advantage. Rolling Stock project management certification and experience in handling project-related works will be beneficial.
- **Experience:** For AGM/JGM/DGM (Rolling Stock), a minimum of 4 years of experience in planning, design, technical specifications/bid preparation, testing, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of rolling stock in Railway / RRTS / Metro / LRT / HSR / Suburban rail systems in government/PSU organizations. For higher roles, relevant post-qualification experience in government/metro rail/PSU organizations is required, with specific grade/pay scale and tenure as detailed in the notification.
