MSC Bank Recruitment 2026 Offline: 26 Junior Officer, Assistant Manager and Other Posts

Age details

• The minimum age required is 24 years and the maximum age limit is 32 years (as on 01-06-2026) for various posts. No maximum age relaxation details are specified in the notification.

Educational Qualifications

• Most posts require a B.E./B.Tech. or a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, MCA, MCS, or M.Sc. Computer Science/IT from a recognized university. Six posts (Officer Grade II: System Admin, Digital Platforms, Compliance, Allied Applications; and Junior Officer: Networking, IT Infrastructure, CBS Support, Allied Applications) also accept candidates with Any Graduation stream.
• Assistant Manager (IT Compliance) also accepts any PG/Diploma in IT Management or MCA holders with any underlying degree.
• Assistant Manager (CSOC) also considers a Diploma in IT with relevant years of experience.

Experience & Certification (summary per post)

• Manager (C-SOC Manager): 10 years in IT/Cyber Security (at least 5 years in SOC operations/incident response leadership) with CEHV (CISA/CEH/DISA) certifications.
• Assistant Manager (CSOC): 5 years in IT/Cyber Security with basic security monitoring and incident handling (CEHV or equivalent preferred).
• Assistant Manager (IT Compliance): 3 years in IT operations (Hardware/Software/Database/Networking/Banking apps), including 2 years in IS audit, system audit & VAPT compliance (IS Audit/VAPT certifications preferred).
• Assistant Manager (Digital Platforms): 4 years in Digital Banking Platforms/Channels with NPCI product certification/testing experience.
• Assistant Manager (Network Administrator): 4 years in networking security/administration (CCIE/JNCIP/NSE6/NSE7/CCNA or equivalent).
• Officer Grade II (Database Administrator): 3 years in Oracle production DB support (RedHat Linux/AIX/Windows) with OCP (Oracle 19c).
• Officer Grade II (System Admin): 3 years in system administration (VCP-DCV/AZ-800/AZ-801 or equivalent).
• Officer Grade II (Digital Platforms): 3 years in digital platform support (NPCI product testing) or related.
• Officer Grade II (Compliance): 3 years in compliance audit or risk management with exposure to regulatory requirements (IS Audit/VAPT certifications preferred).
• Officer Grade II (Allied Applications): 3 years in application support/banking IT systems (CEH preferred).
• Junior Officer CSOC (Shift Manager): 3 years in CSOC centers (CEH preferred).
• Junior Officer (Networking): 2 years in network security (CCIE/JNCIP/NSE6/NSE7/CCNA preferred).
• Junior Officer (IT Infrastructure): 2 years in IT infrastructure or system support (FTCP or Azure Administrator AZ-104 preferred).
• Junior Officer (CBS Support): 3 years in CBS and IT support.
• Junior Officer (Allied Applications): 2 years in CBS, allied applications and IT support (CEH preferred).
• Junior Officer (Database Administrator): 3 years in Oracle Production DB Support (OCP/OCA preferred).

Note: If shortlisted, required certifications must be obtained within one year of joining if not already held.

2. Fill in all details completely and affix a recent passport-size photograph.
