Age Limit

18 to 38 years as on the last date of submission of application. Relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable as per Government rules for certain categories (SC/ST, OBC, etc.).

Eligibility Details

• The candidate must be a citizen of India.
• The candidate must be able to speak Manipuri or any tribal dialect of Manipur.
• The candidate must be a permanent resident of Manipur, with eligible documentary proof; children of such residents may also be eligible if properly documented.
• Qualification: H.S.L.C./Matriculate from a recognized Board.

2. Register on the portal and log in with the credentials provided.
3. Fill the application form with accurate details (name, address, email, mobile number, date of birth, gender, category, educational qualifications, etc.).
4. Upload a recent photograph and required documents.
5. Review all details, accept the declaration, and proceed to payment.
6. Complete the submission and note down the acknowledgement.

General Instructions

• Applications must be submitted online only.
• Ensure you meet the eligibility criteria and possess required documents for verification.
• Pay the prescribed fee through the online payment gateway; offline payments are not accepted.
• An e-Admission Certificate will be issued and made available on the MSSC website for download.
