Posts and qualifications

• Professional Associate (Hospital Admin): BBA in healthcare management or Bachelor in Hospital Administration or Medical Science Graduate

• Professional Associate (Bio Medical Engineer): B.E./B.Tech/BSc in Biomedical Engineering or Biotechnology or related core engineering fields

• Professional Associate (Store and Billing): Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, B.Sc., or Bachelor in Hospital Administration); Computer proficiency mandatory

• Professional Associate (Clinical Assistant): MBBS or BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurveda Medicine and Surgery) or BHMS (Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery)

• Professional Assistant (Multitask): Graduate in any discipline; Certificate/Diploma in Computer Applications (MS-Word, Excel, PowerPoint) preferred (course duration ≥ 6 months)

• Professional Assistant (Catering): Bachelor's in Hospitality Management or relevant Catering/Culinary Courses

• Professional Assistant (IT): Graduate in IT/CS or BCA/BSc IT or Diploma in IT; additional certifications preferred

Consolidated Remuneration

• Associates: Rs. 50,000 per month
• Assistants: Rs. 40,000 per month
