Municipal Corporation of Delhi Recruitment 2025: 11 Senior Residents and Junior Residents (Walk-In) Offline Application

Age Limits

• Senior Resident: Not exceeding 45 years.
• Junior Resident: Not exceeding 40 years.
• Age relaxations: Up to 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC, and 10 years for PwD as per Government of India rules.
• Age calculation date: As on the last day of submission of application (i.e., interview/registration date).

Senior Resident (SR)

• MBBS degree from an MCI/NMC-recognized university/institution with PG Degree/DNB/Diploma in the concerned specialty and DMC registration.
• If there are not enough candidates with PG qualifications, MBBS degree holders with at least two years of experience (including at least one year in the concerned specialty) may be considered.

Junior Resident (JR)

• MBBS degree from an MCI/NMC-recognized university/institution with completion of a one-year rotatory internship before joining, and internship completed not earlier than two years before the last date of application, plus DMC registration.
• Candidates must possess a valid Delhi Medical Council registration certificate and, where applicable, caste/EWS/PwD certificates.

• Registration Time: 09:30 AM to 11:00 AM on 15/12/2025

Additional Date Notes

• The interview will be conducted at the office of Director, RBIPMT, Kingsway Camp, Delhi. Registration closes at 11:00 AM on the interview day.

Application Fees

• General/OBC/EWS: Rs. 1000 (non-refundable) via Demand Draft in favor of Commissioner MCD Delhi.
• SC/ST: Rs. 500 (non-refundable) via Demand Draft.
• PwD: Exempted from payment of application fee.

Other Instructions

• Joining is subject to medical fitness and verification of educational qualifications, caste, age, DMC registration, and internship completion certificates.
• No private practice is allowed during residency; tenure can be terminated at any time without assigning any reason.
• 4% seats are reserved for PwD candidates and 10% seats for EWS candidates as per Government of India policy.
• Incomplete applications will be summarily rejected and no TA/DA is payable for appearing in the interview.
