• Kannada language proficiency is required.
• Candidates must currently be employed with MCC in a daily-wage/ welfare/ equal-pay/ contract/ outsourcing capacity and have completed at least two years of continuous service in that capacity.
• Candidates engaged through STP (Sewage Treatment Plant) or Wet Well contracts are not eligible.
• ESI and PF documents, certified by MCC officials, must be produced.
