• Section Officer: Retired from Section Officer/S.R.A.; sound knowledge in drafting, establishment matters, service rules, office procedure; working knowledge of computer operation.
• Revenue Inspector: Retired from Revenue Supervisor/Revenue Inspector/Assistant Revenue Inspector; adequate field experience in revenue and land acquisition matters; physically fit.
• Data Entry Operator: +2 or equivalent; Diploma in Computer Application; working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel; data entry; e-mail; Odia proficiency (M.E. standard); good character and sound health.
• Amin: Retired from Amin or possess Amin certificate; practical knowledge and experience in land measurement and survey; physically fit.
• Chainman: Retired from Chainman; experience in survey-related field work; physically fit.
• Process Server: Retired from Process Server or above 18 years; able to read and write Odia (M.E. standard); physically fit.
