Educational Qualifications and Experience (Post-wise)

• ETL Designer: B.E./B.Tech or M.Tech/M.E. in CS/Computer Engineering/IT, or MCA; 7 years IT experience, including 3-5 years in ETL mapping design
• Senior Data Scientist: B.E./B.Tech (60%+) or M.E./M.Tech in CS/IT/Data Science/ML & AI, or MCA; 5 years as a Data Scientist or related field
• Data Scientist: B.E./B.Tech (60%+) or M.E./M.Tech in CS/IT/Data Science/ML & AI, or MCA; 3 years in data science, ML/AI, or related analytics roles
• Document Designer: Bachelor’s degree in any field; 5 years in document/report design, preferably BFSI/consulting
• AI Engineer: B.E./B.Tech in CS/Computer Engineering/IT/Electronics & Telecom, or Master’s in Data Science/ML/AI; 5 years’ experience, including 2 years as AI Engineer + 2 years as backend developer
• Data Engineer: B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech/M.E. in CS/Computer Engineering/IT, or MCA; 5 years’ experience, including 2 years as Data Engineer + 2 years as a Database Developer

Application Fees

• SC/ST/PwBD: NIL (intimation charges Rs. 150; total Rs. 150)

Selection Process

• Shortlisting (1:3 ratio) based on qualifications and experience
• Interview
• No written examination
• Submission of No Objection Certificate (if currently in Govt./PSU/Bank service)
• Pre-recruitment medical examination
• Final selection by the Selection Committee

Salary and Contract Details

• Consolidated remuneration per post ranges from Rs. 12-45 lakh per annum, with AI Engineer and related roles commanding up to Rs. 45 lakh (all-inclusive on a contract basis)
• Initial contract: 2 years, extendable up to 5 years (subject to annual review)
• Termination conditions: one month’s notice by either party; NABARD retains the right to terminate without notice
