Eligibility Criteria

• Climate Change Specialist - Mitigation: Master’s Degree in Renewable Energy, Energy Engineering, Climate Science, Sustainable Development from a recognized university or institution. Additional certifications or training in renewable energy, carbon management, or related domains will be an added advantage.
• IT Specialist (Carbon Finance Cell): Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications, Information Technology, Computer Science, or Master’s degree in Computer Applications, Information Technology, Computer Science. Additional qualifications in Data Science, Project Management, or Public Policy & Technology will be an added advantage.
• Head – Rural Tech and Innovations: Master’s Degree in Agribusiness Management, Rural Technology, or Engineering (Electronics and Communication/ Electronics and Telecommunication/ Electrical/ Mechanical/ Computer/ Computer Science/ Agriculture/ Food Processing).
• Head - Data & Impact Evaluation: Master’s degree in Development Studies/ Statistics/ Data Science/ Economics/ Computer Science/ Agriculture Economics.
• Head – Finance, Compliance and Commercialization: CA/ MBA (Marketing/ Finance/ Rural Management/ Agri-Business) / PGDM (Marketing/ Finance/ Rural Management/ Agri-Business).
• E-Commerce Specialist: Graduate/Post Graduate with specialization in marketing, preferably E-marketing/online/social media marketing.

• Start Date for Apply Online: 2025-10-13
• Last Date for Apply Online: 2025-10-28
• Selection Process: The selection will be by interview. Shortlisting will be in the ratio 1:3 based on qualification and experience. Government/Quasi-Government employees, Public Sector Undertakings, including Nationalized Banks and Financial Institutions, must submit a No Objection Certificate from their employer at the time of interview; otherwise, candidature may not be considered and travel expenses, if any, will not be paid. Selected candidates will undergo pre-recruitment medical examination; final appointment will be made only if declared medically fit by the Bank’s Medical Officer.

Application Fees

• For SC/ ST/ PWBD Candidates: Application Fee NIL; Intimation charges, etc.: Rs. 150 (Total: Rs. 150)
• For all other candidates: Application Fee Rs. 700; Intimation charges, etc.: Rs. 150 (Total: Rs. 850)

Other Instructions

• Detailed guidelines for application registration, payment of fees, and document scanning/upload will be provided during the application process.
• Candidates can apply only online from 13-10-2025 to 28-10-2025; offline applications will not be accepted.
• The left thumb impression should be scanned clearly and not smudged. If a candidate does not have a left thumb, they may use their right thumb for applying.
• The handwritten declaration text is: “I, (Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required.”
• Application fees/intimation charges (nonrefundable) payment window: 13-10-2025 to 28-10-2025.
• Bank transaction charges for online payment of application fees/intimation charges will have to be borne by the candidate.
