Eligibility

• Qualifications: Regular postgraduate degree with a minimum percentage as specified, or an equivalent CGPA from a reputed institution. A regular graduate degree with a minimum percentage is also required.
• Essential qualifications: For ALFS: specialization in finance, agri-business, dairy, fishery, livestock, food processing, rural development, food technology, agri & allied sectors, civil engineering, business administration, etc. For HR: Regular MBA/PGDM or equivalent in HR with a major in HR/Industrial Relations from a reputed management institution with minimum 55% or equivalent.
• Desirable: Knowledge of data analysis tools/software.
• Experience: Minimum 9 years of experience with at least 5 years in a reputed consultancy organization operating in Agriculture and Rural Development.
