Eligibility Overview

• Post 1: Senior Human Resource Officer (GR-II)
  • Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree with Postgraduate Degree/PG Diploma/MBA/MSW/MA in HR-related disciplines from recognized universities.
  • Minimum Marks: 60% aggregate in qualifying examinations.
  • Desirable: Law degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience as of 07-02-2026.
  • Age: Upper age limit 37 years as of 07-02-2026 (relaxations as per norms).
• Post 2: Senior Finance Officer (GR-II)
  • Qualification Options (any one):
    1. CWA/CMA from ICAI
    2. CA from ICAI
    3. Two-year Full-Time MBA with Finance specialization (60% marks)
    4. Full-Time MMS with Finance specialization (60% marks)
    5. Two-year Full-Time PG Degree/Diploma in Management (Finance) (60% marks)
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience as of 07-02-2026.
  • Age: Upper age limit 37 years as of 07-02-2026.
