• Application fees once paid shall not be refunded.
• Upload scanned original certificates and mark-sheets from Matriculation onwards.
• Separate application and fee for each post.
• In-service candidates upload NOC & Vigilance clearance (submit at interview if not uploaded).
• University reserves the right to restrict candidates for interview.
• Pay/Allowances/Leave/Pension as per UGC/GoI rules; NPS for new entrants.
• Communication via email only.
• Corrigendum on the official website.
• Dispute under Guahati High Court, Kohima Bench.
• Reservation certificates required.
• EWS Income and Asset Certificate as per DoPT OM.
• Minimum 3 years service post-joining.
