1. Librarian

• Master’s Degree in Library Science / Information Science / Documentation Science with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade.
• Minimum 9 years of experience as Assistant Librarian / Deputy Librarian / Additional Librarian in a University, College, or Indian/Foreign Research Institution, with at least 3 years at Deputy Librarian/Additional Librarian level.
• Evidence of innovative library services, including ICT integration.
• Ph.D. in Library Science / Documentation / Archives and Manuscript Keeping.

2. Deputy Librarian

• Master’s Degree in Library Science / Information Science / Documentation Science with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade.
• 8 years’ experience as Assistant University Librarian / College Librarian.
• Evidence of innovative library services including ICT integration.
• Ph.D. in Library Science / Information Science / Documentation Science / Archives and Manuscript Keeping / Computerization of Library.

3. Assistant Registrar

• Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks or equivalent, with a good academic record.
• Minimum 5 years’ professional experience in a university/educational/research institution, or equivalent administrative experience in areas such as admission, examination, establishment, procurement, HR/welfare, legal, or estate management.
• Exceptional English speaking skills and ability to work with a culturally diverse population.
• Desirable: Additional qualification in Management/Law; experience handling General Financial Rules; basic computer knowledge.

4. Assistant Engineer (Electrical)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized University/Institution.
• At least 2 years’ post-qualification experience as a Junior Engineer or similar role in a government body or reputed commercial establishment.
• Exceptional English speaking skills and ability to interact with a diverse population.
• Desirable: Experience with electrical installations, meters, pumps, lighting, AC units, geysers; knowledge of Contract Law, CPWD/PWD accounting procedures.

5. Senior Assistant

• Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University/Institution.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Administration, Establishment, Academic, Finance & Accounts, or General Supervision/Management.
• Proficiency in computer operation, noting, and drafting.

6. Library Assistant

• Master’s Degree in Library & Information Science with 2 years’ relevant experience in a University/Research establishment/Central/State Govt./PSU/autonomous institution library, OR
• Bachelor’s Degree in Library/Library and Information Science with 3 years’ relevant experience in a similar institution.
• Knowledge of computer applications required.

7. Assistant

• Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University/Institution.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Administration, Establishment, Academic, Finance & Accounts, or General Supervision/Management.
• Proficiency in computer operation, noting, and drafting.

• The recruitment is on a contract basis. Separate applications and fees are required for each post.
