Age Limit

Qualifications

• Full-time regular Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology with a minimum aggregate of 65% marks for UR/EWS/OBC(NCL) and 55% for SC/ST/PwBD, averaged over all semesters/years.
• Candidates in the final year may apply, provided they pass with the required percentage by the date of the personal interview.
• All minimum qualifications must be from UGC-recognized Indian universities or AICTE-approved courses from recognized institutions.
• If CGPA/OGPA or letter grades are awarded, provide the equivalent percentage as per the university norms.

Essential Qualifications

• Mechanical: Mechanical Engineering
• Electrical: Degree in Electrical Engineering/Power Engineering/Electrical & Electronics Engineering
• Chemical: Chemical Engineering/M.Tech in Applied Chemistry

Desirable

• Qualified GATE 2025 in Mechanical Engineering (ME), Electrical Engineering (EE), or Chemical Engineering (CH).
• GATE-2025 scores are valid for recruitment if they meet the required qualifying marks.

Experience

• No prior experience required. Fresh graduates with strong academic records are eligible.

General Information/Instructions

• All Indian Nationals are eligible to apply.
• Reservations/relaxations for SC/ST/Ex-Servicemen/OBC(NCL)/EWS/PwBD candidates as per Government guidelines apply.
• PwBD benefits are available to those with a disability of 40% or more.
• Creamy Layer OBC candidates should apply as UR.
• OBC(NCL) candidates must submit a valid certificate in the prescribed format for FY 2025-26.
• EWS candidates must submit an Income and Assets Certificate valid for FY 2025-26.
• A contract of apprenticeship and a service bond of Rs. 3,00,000 (or Rs. 4,00,000 for training abroad) must be executed on joining to serve the Company for at least 4 years after training.
• Medical fitness as per NALCO norms is required.
• One-year on-the-job training is mandatory; postings can be at any NALCO unit/office in India or abroad.
• If currently employed in PSU/Government, provide an NOC at interview or a relieving order at joining if selected.
• A valid email should be maintained for one year; all communications will be via email.

• Edit the form if needed, then submit online and take a printout for future reference.
• Ensure that GATE-2025 registration details match the admit card.
