Age Details

Educational Qualifications

Scientist/Engineer ‘SD’

• Ph.D. in Physics, Atmospheric Sciences, Meteorology, Earth Science, Environmental Science, or related field; or equivalent, with prior M.Sc./MS in a relevant discipline and a minimum of 60% marks.

Scientist/Engineer ‘SC’

• M.E./M.Tech in RF, Microwave and Communication System Engineering (first class, 60%+), and B.E./B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering (first class, 65%+).

Junior Research Fellow (JRF)

• Postgraduate degree in Physics, Atmospheric Science, Space Physics, Meteorology, Earth System Science, Geophysics, Remote Sensing, Applied Chemistry, or related field; or relevant M.E./M.Tech with 60%+ and CSIR‑UGC NET / GATE / JAM / JEST as specified.
