Eligibility Details

Senior Programme Manager

• Post Graduate Diploma in Public Health Administration or Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Two years) or MBA in Human Resource Management from AICTE-recognized institute
• More than 15 years of working experience in Government sector; exposure to social sector schemes/missions at national, state, and district levels; computer knowledge desirable.

Domain Expert-Public Health

• Minimum bachelor’s degree (BAMS/BUMS/BHMS/BSMS/BYNS) with Master’s in Public Health Programme or a Post Graduate Diploma in Public Health Administration from AICTE-recognized institute
• Minimum 5 years working experience in Government/Private Sector; exposure to social sector schemes desirable.

Senior Consultant

• Bachelor’s degree (BAMS/BUMS/BHMS/BSMS/BYNS) with minimum 7 years’ experience in Public Health Programmes

Junior Consultant

• Bachelor’s degree (BAMS/BUMS/BHMS/BSMS/BYNS) with minimum 5 years’ experience in Public Health Programmes

Finance Manager

• MBA-Finance / M.Com / ICWA / CA from AICTE-recognized institute
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in government or reputed organization in finance management

Accounts Manager

• MBA-Finance / M.Com / ICWA (Inter) / CA (Inter)
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in government or reputed organization in account management

Data Assistant

• MBA-IT / MCA / M.Sc.-IT / BCA
• 3 years’ experience in government or reputed organization; MS Office and MS Access essential.

Note: Preference for Health/Ayush experience where applicable.
