  • Experience: At least 15 years of experience in legal/financial documentation, mortgage, guarantee, hypothecation, recovery suits/claims, SARFAESI Act, Debt Recovery Tribunal, etc., including litigation in relevant courts/tribunals. Out of these, a minimum of 5 years should be in Pay Matrix Level-12 or an equivalent post as per the 7th CPC.
  • Preference: Experience in cooperative organizations will be given preference.
