Eligibility Criteria

Post-wise qualifications (summary)

• Joint Registrar, Deputy Registrar, Assistant Registrar, Programmer, Court Officer, Private Secretary, Senior Legal Assistant, Assistant, Stenographer Grade-I/Personal Assistant, Cashier, Record Assistant, Upper Division Clerk, Staff Car Driver: Degree in Law or relevant technical qualifications as specified.
• Programmer: B.E./B.Tech (CS/IT) or MCA/equivalent.
• Staff Car Driver: 10th pass, valid driving licence, knowledge of motor mechanism, minimum 3 years driving experience. Desirable: Home Guard/Civil Volunteer experience.

General eligibility (all posts)

• All posts are to be filled on deputation/absorption basis only.
• Age must not exceed 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of applications.
• Only officers already serving in Central/State Government, Courts, Tribunals or Statutory Organisations are eligible.

Important Instructions

Applying and Documentation

• Applications must be submitted offline only, through proper channel (Employer/Head of Office/Forwarding Authority).
• Incomplete applications or those not forwarded will not be considered.
• Documents to be attached via proper channel include: bio-data (Annexure-II), educational certificates, Cadre Clearance, APARs/ACRs for last 5 years, Vigilance and Integrity certificates, and any other required documents.

Selection and Service Conditions

• Selection will be based on scrutiny of applications and documents, followed by assessment by the Selection Committee. There is no written examination.
• Initial deputation period: 3 years or till further orders, whichever is earlier. Absorption may be considered after 1 year of deputation, subject to NCLT requirements.
• GPRA benefits may be continued only for officers already availing GPRA in their parent body.
• Vacancy positions are tentative and may change.
