Age Details

Eligibility Details

Essential qualification (for both modes)

• MBA (HR) / Postgraduate Degree / Postgraduate Diploma in Management (HR) or an equivalent full-time qualification.

Experience

• Deputation: Minimum 6 years post-qualification experience for Organized Group A Services, or minimum 8 years post-qualification experience at the Executive Level (E2/L9 or above) in Central/State Govt./CPSE/Autonomous Bodies/Govt. instrumentalities, etc.
• Immediate Absorption: Minimum 8 years post-qualification experience at the Executive Level (E2/L9 or above) in Central/State Govt./CPSE/Autonomous Bodies/Govt. instrumentalities, etc.

Job requirements

• Thorough knowledge of labour laws and service regulations; experience in HRM concepts, manpower planning, performance management, career planning, succession planning, competency modelling and appraisal; exposure to industrial relations with multiple trade unions is desirable; familiarity with latest HR practices and attrition management.

Pay scales

• Deputation: CDA pay scale Rs. 78,800-2,09,200 (L12) or IDA Rs. 70,000-2,00,000 (E4) or above; last 3 years of service in Rs. 60,000-1,80,000 (E3).
• Immediate Absorption: CDA Rs. 78,800-2,09,200 (L12) or above; IDA Rs. 70,000-2,00,000 (E4) or above; last 3 years of service in Rs. 60,000-1,80,000 (E3).

Nationality

• Only Indian nationals above 18 years of age are eligible to apply.
