• MBA (HR) / PG Degree / Diploma in Management (HR) or its equivalent (Full Time).

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience.

• Before registering, review the detailed instructions and ensure you have: a valid email ID, mobile number, scanned photograph, and signature.

Required Documents (to upload during application)

• 10th certificate/birth certificate
• Degree certificate (Graduation and PG)
• Appointment/Joining letters and latest salary slip
• Experience certificates and duty allocations
• Copies of APARs (last three years)
• Office orders indicating promotions
• Experience/ Service certificates and relieving orders
• Form-16/ITR
• Last 6 months’ bank statements
• Last 3 months’ salary slips

Post-Submission

• Download the system-generated application form with the Unique Registration Number, print it, attach supporting documents, and send to the specified address by 14/02/2026.
• The envelope should be superscribed: ‘APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF ASSISTANT MANAGER/ HUMAN RESOURCE ON IMMEDIATE ABSORPTION BASIS - 01/2026’.
• Maintain a valid email ID and mobile number throughout the recruitment process. All communication will be through the registered email ID.
• Ensure all entered details are accurate; edits may be allowed before final submission. Once submitted, the form cannot be edited.
