Eligibility criteria

• Officers from Central/State Government/PSUs/Autonomous Bodies holding an analogous post on a regular basis or with 3 years regular service in Pay Matrix Level 7 (Rs. 44,900-1,42,400).
• Educational qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering in Computer Science / Electronics & Communication / Information Technology (IT) or
  • MCA or M.Sc. (IT) from a UGC/AICTE recognized University/Institute.
• Four years of post-qualification experience in a reputed organization handling electronic data processing, including:
  • Data Administration and Operational work (database management from various sources)
  • Website content management
  • Internet surfing
  • Handling bulk e-communications

Desirable

• Development and administration of e-Systems, testing, installation and application of new software, upgradation/modification and replacement, etc.
