Age limits

Executive (ERP)

• Full-time Bachelor in Engineering / Bachelor in Technology / BSc Engineering (in any field)
• SAP certification in HCM module mandatory
• Minimum 7 years of post-qualification experience in SAP ERP HCM module implementation/support/rollout

Executive (HR) (Corporate Communication)

• Graduate with PG Degree / Diploma in Mass Communication / Journalism (2 yrs full-time)
• Recognized by Government of India
• Minimum 7 years of experience in public relations/corporate communication, media planning, press relations, and content creation

Executive (Civil)

• Full-time Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
• For one post: 7 years in hydropower project/PSP planning/survey/investigation/construction
• For another post: 4 years in hydropower project/PSP
• For the third post: Bachelor’s holders need 1 year of experience; Diploma holders 5 years in survey & investigation for hydro power/PSP

Executive (Security)

• Graduate in any discipline
• Minimum 9 years of Armed Forces experience in rank of Captain/Major/Lieutenant Colonel or equivalent in Central/State Police

Executive (Law)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) with 6 years of practice or equivalent in CPSU/PSU or Govt litigation; or 9 years in next below grade in CPSU/ GOI/ State Govt

Executive (Safety)

• Engineering Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Production; full-time Diploma in Industrial Safety or Engineering Degree in Industrial Safety/ Fire & Safety
• Minimum 4 years of safety-related experience under the Factories Act

Executive (Finance)

• Graduate with CA/CMA or MBA with Finance specialization
• Minimum 4 years of experience on one post; no specific experience noted for the other

Executive (Medical)

• MBBS with Postgraduate Degree/Diploma in Medical Science; registered with Indian Medical Council
• Preferable 1 year of industrial/hospital experience after internship

Executive (HR) (CSR)

• Master’s Degree in Social Work (or related field) recognized by GOI
• 1 year of CSR/ Social Welfare experience or ERP environment experience
