Age Limit

• Maximum age: 55 years as on the closing date of receipt of applications.

Data & Analytics Lead

• Qualification: B.Tech./M.Tech/M.S./PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related quantitative field (advanced degree preferred).
• Experience: Minimum 8+ years in data analytics, business intelligence, or quantitative research, including at least 3 years leading analytics initiatives.
• Essential Skills: Data engineering & orchestration on AWS; Informatica 10.5.4, Airflow, Jenkins, Kafka, PySpark/Spark; Data lake/warehouse & stores (S3, Redshift/Snowflake, SQL/NoSQL); BI & reporting (Power BI); Advanced analytics (Python/R for ML, NLP, forecasting).
• Desirable Skills: Tableau/QuickSight, Elasticsearch; Delta/Iceberg lakehouse patterns; MLOps (SageMaker/MLflow); AWS/Azure certifications; prior public-sector/government analytics experience.

UI/UX Lead

• Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in design from a design institute, HCI, Fine Arts/ Visual Design/ Visual Communication/ Design, or a related field.
• Experience: 8+ years in UI/UX design with at least 5 years in a senior designer role; experience in large corporations or government IT environments.
• Essential Qualification: Proficient in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch or similar tools; knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript; familiarity with testing/analytics tools (Hotjar, Maze, etc.); strong mobile-first and responsive design principles; strong UX issue resolution and consistency in design.
• Desirable Qualification: Experience designing for government or large enterprises; familiarity with agile environments and tools like ClickUp, JIRA, Confluence, Trello; Diploma/Certification in Interaction Design & UI/UX.
