Eligibility

Eligibility Qualifications

  • Project Lead: Bachelor’s degree in engineering/technology/management. MBA preferred. 7-12 years in large-scale IT programmes, with at least 5 years in programme/project management. Experience with Central Government Ministries/e-Governance, Agile/Scaled Agile, MeitY guidelines. Preferred: PMP/PRINCE2/PMI-ACP.
  • Solution Architect: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science/Engineering/Information Technology. 8-12 years in IT solution design & delivery, at least 4 years as Solution/Technical Architect. Knowledge of cloud/microservices/API/DevOps/security; MeitY/CERT-In. Preferred: TOGAF, AWS/Azure/GCP Architect, CKA, CISSP.
  • Domain Expert (Rural Development) - Subject Matter Expert: Bachelor’s in Social Sciences/Rural Management/Development Studies/Public Policy/Agriculture/Engineering/Management. Master’s preferred (IRMA/TISS). 8-12 years in rural development, relevant ministries, schemes (MGNREGA/PMAY-G/NRLM/SBM-G/PMGSY), digital platforms/MIS.
  • Business Analyst: Bachelor’s in engineering/IT/computer science/management. MBA/master’s preferred. 4-7 years as Business Analyst/Technology Consultant in IT systems, Government digital/e-Governance preferred. Knowledge of BRD/user stories/RTM/UAT, tools. Preferred: CBAP/CCBA/ECBA/PMI-PBA/CSPO/Agile BA.
