NERIST Non-Teaching Recruitment 2025: Offline Application Open for 78 Nurse, Stenographer and Other Posts

Age limit

• Deputy Registrar: up to 50 years.
• Other posts: up to 30 years.
• Age relaxation as per government rules.

Eligibility details

• Deputy Registrar: Master’s degree (any discipline) with at least 55% marks or equivalent CGPA, Grade B in UGC 7-point scale from a recognized university/institute.
• Sports Officer: Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education with at least 3 years’ experience in conducting sports events.
• Nurse: Intermediate (10+2 with Science) or equivalent; must have completed General Nursing and Midwifery with at least 55% marks as recognized by the Nursing Council.
• Laboratory/Tech Assistant: Bachelor’s degree (4 years) in Engineering or equivalent with minimum 55% marks, or a 3-year Diploma in Engineering/Applied Science with 55% marks and relevant experience.
• Computer Programmer: Degree in Computer Science Engineering with 3 years’ experience.
• Upper Division Clerk/Caretaker: Graduate in any discipline with computer application knowledge and typing speed as prescribed by DoPT.
• Stenographer-III: Graduate with stenography speed of 80 wpm and typing speed of 40 wpm, with computer knowledge.
• Technician: Class X pass with ITI/NTC in the relevant trade and 2 years’ experience.
• Skilled Worker: Class X with ITI/NTC in the relevant trade, or Class-XI (Science) with 2 years’ experience in the relevant department.
• Sorter: Higher Secondary (12th) or equivalent.
• Classifier / Cataloguer: B.Lib from a recognized university/institution.
• Lower Division Clerk: 10+2 pass with typing speed 30 wpm and computer knowledge.
• Driver: Valid driving license for motor cars.

How to apply

1. Download the prescribed application format from the official site.
2. Prepare a filled application with copies of all required certificates and three passport-size photographs (one to be affixed on the form).
3. Attach a Demand Draft: Rs 200 for SC/ST; Rs 500 for others (non-refundable), in favor of Director, NERIST, payable at SBI Nirjuli, Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh.
4. Send the completed application to the Registrar, NERIST, Nirjuli, PIN - 791109, Arunachal Pradesh by Registered/Speed Post. Mark the envelope with the post name.
5. The last date for receipt of completed applications is 24-12-2025 (with later notes suggesting 07-01-2026 in some sections; verify with the official notification).

Documentation to include

• Attested copies of educational qualifications, experience certificates, caste/PH certificates (if applicable), and passport-size photographs.
• Copy of the Demand Draft.
