NFC Recruitment 2026: Apply Online for Scientific Officer, Nurse, Scientific Assistant, Pharmacist & Technician Posts

Age Limits (as on 18 April 2026)

• Scientific Officer (C) - GDMO (12601): 18-35 years
• Nurse (A) and Scientific Assistant (B) - Radiographer & Pathology Technician (12602, 12603, 12604): 18-30 years
• Pharmacist (B) and Technician (B) - X-ray Technician (12605, 12606): 18-25 years

Relaxations: OBC +3 years, SC/ST +5 years, PwBD +10 years (for eligible posts), Ex-Servicemen as per government rules.

Educational Qualifications

• Scientific Officer (C) - GDMO: MBBS with valid MCI registration.
• Nurse (A): XII Standard + Diploma in Nursing & Midwifery (3 years) or B.Sc. (Nursing) or Nursing A Certificate with 3 years of Armed Forces experience.
• Scientific Assistant (B) - Radiographer: B.Sc. (Radiography) with 60% marks or B.Sc. with 50% marks + 1 year Diploma in Radiography.
• Scientific Assistant (B) - Pathology Technician: B.Sc. with 60% marks + PG Diploma in DMLT or B.Sc. (MLT) with 60% marks.
• Pharmacist (B): HSC (10+2) + 2 years Diploma in Pharmacy + 3 months Pharmacy Training + Pharmacist registration.
• Technician (B) - X-ray Technician: 60% in HSC (Science) + 1 year Medical Radiography / X-ray Technique certificate.

Experience

• Relevant experience as specified in the post requirements (where applicable).

• 12602 Nurse (A): ₹150 (SC/ST, PwBD, Women exempted)
• 12603 Scientific Assistant (B) - Radiographer: ₹150 (SC/ST, Women exempted)
• 12604 Scientific Assistant (B) - Pathology Technician: ₹150 (SC/ST, Women exempted)
• 12605 Pharmacist (B): ₹100 (SC/ST, PwBD, Women exempted)
• 12606 Technician (B) - X-ray Technician: ₹100 (SC/ST, Women exempted)

Payment mode: Online via BharatKosh / Non-Tax Receipt Portal (NTRP). Fees are non-refundable.

Other Instructions

• Only Indian citizens are eligible to apply.
• Qualifying degrees must be recognized by the relevant regulatory authorities in India.
• Apply for each post separately if applying for multiple posts.
• After final submission, requests for changes or corrections will not be entertained.
• Employees of Government/PSU/Autonomous bodies must submit NOC at the time of Interview/Skill Test.
• For SC/ST outstation candidates, travel reimbursement is limited to the shortest route by rail (second class); fare for the first 30 km is borne by the candidate.
• Appointment is subject to medical fitness as per NFC rules and to National Pension System (NPS) or Unified Pension Scheme (UPS).
