Senior Programmer

• Qualifications: Graduate / Postgraduate / MBA in Mass Communication, Marketing, Media Studies, Management Studies, or Business Administration.
• Experience: 10 years in international film festivals, film markets, or production houses; experience in content marketplaces, film festivals, or AVGC sector.
• Desirable: Demonstrated track record with international collaborations and government initiatives. Strong networks, excellent communication and pitching skills, understanding of co-production models. Familiarity with platforms such as Film Bazaar, MIPTV, Marché du Film, or Annecy tools; willingness for global travel.

Senior Executive

• Qualifications: Graduate / Postgraduate / MBA in Marketing, Media Management, or Business Administration.
• Experience: 8 years in international media marketing or business development; experience in content marketplaces, film festivals, or AVGC sector.
• Desirable: Proven track record with international collaborations and government initiatives. Strong networks, excellent communication and pitching skills, understanding of co-production models. Familiarity with platforms such as Film Bazaar, MIPTV, Marché du Film, or Annecy tools; willingness for global travel.
