Age Limit

• Deputation: Not exceeding 58 years as on the last date for receipt of applications (06-03-2026)
• Remaining Service: Candidates must have more than 2 years of remaining service before superannuation in the parent department as on the closing date of applications

Eligibility Details

Essential Qualifications & Experience (for Both Promotion and Deputation)

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university or institute
• Service Experience: 17 years of regular service in the post carrying substantive pay scale of Level 10 of the Pay Matrix (Rs. 56,100 - 177,500) or an equivalent level or higher
• Infrastructure Experience: Of the 17 years, at least 10 years should be in the implementation of infrastructure sector projects related to highways, roads, or bridges

Desirable Qualifications

• Experience in handling Public Private Partnership (PPP) projects
• Experience in mega highway/infrastructure development projects
• Experience in project management and execution
