NHAI Head Recruitment 2026 - 01 Head (Technical) Offline Application

Age Limit (as on last date of application receipt)

• General/Non-Govt Officials: Maximum 55 years
• Retired/Superannuated Govt Officials: Maximum 63 years (must have retired from Level-13 or at least 5 years at Level-12)

Essential Education Qualification

• Full-time B.Tech/B.E. degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 60% marks from AICTE/UGC recognized or NAAC accredited institute
• Affiliated to an Indian university or globally reputed university

Desirable Education Qualification

• Postgraduate degree in Transportation/Highway/Structure/Construction Management/Soil Mechanics
• From AICTE/UGC recognized or NAAC accredited institute
• Affiliated to Indian university or globally reputed university

Experience

• Minimum 20 years of post-qualification experience in Government/PSUs/Autonomous Bodies/Private organizations such as NHAI, MoRTH, NHIDCL, BRO, State PWDs/R&B
• Out of 20 years, minimum 9 years exclusively in construction/operations/maintenance/supervision/contract management of highways/roads/bridges/underpasses/overpasses
• Preference for experience with MoRTH/IRC standards and International Standards

2. Fill the application in English capital letters.
3. Enclose a passport-size color photograph (recent).
4. Self-attest all supporting documents including: educational certificates (SSC onward) and all work experience certificates.
5. Include current employer appointment letter, proof of current gross annual CTC, Aadhar Card, PAN Card, and any other relevant documents.
6. Prepare an updated CV with complete work experience details.
7. Send the complete application via EMAIL only to the specified address with the subject line "Application for the Position of Head(Technical)" before the deadline.
