Age Details

Educational Qualification

• Essential: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university or institute.

Experience

• Essential: Three years of experience in the implementation of infrastructure sector projects related to highways, roads, or bridges.

Desirable Experience

• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in handling Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects.

Deputation Eligibility (from eligible organisations)

• Officers from Central/State Governments, UTs, Universities, recognized research institutions, PSUs, semi-government organizations, or other government bodies, holding an analogous post in Level 11 of the Pay Matrix or having requisite regular service in Level 10 or Level 8 with corresponding experience and qualifications.

Department-specific Deputation Details

• State Public Works Departments: valid Civil Engineering degree and required regular service in related roles with relevant experience.
• Central Engineering Service (Roads), MoRTH: degree in Civil Engineering and current post as Assistant Executive Engineer in Level 10 with PPP experience preferred.

Tenure and Age

• General deputation tenure: normally 1 to 5 years, extendable up to 6th year with approvals, and up to 7th year with further approvals; CES (Roads) officers may have up to 10 years deputation (up to 31-12-2026).
• Maximum age for deputation: 56 years, with more than two years of remaining service as of the closing date of receipt of applications.
