Age Details

• Manager (Finance & Accounts): not exceeding 42 years.
• Company Secretary: not exceeding 40 years.
• Departmental candidates may receive age relaxation as per government directives.

Manager (Finance & Accounts) - Essential Education

• Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI or Cost Accountant (CMA) from ICMAI or MBA with specialization in Finance (full-time two-year program) from a UGC-recognized university or AICTE-approved institution.

Manager (Finance & Accounts) - Desirable Experience

• Working knowledge of MS Office, accounting packages, and internet usage.

Manager (Finance & Accounts) - Experience

• Minimum 10 years in Finance/Accounts/Internal Audit, with at least 4 years in the pay scale of 50,000-1,60,000 (IDA) or equivalent in a reputed central/state government, PSU, or private sector. Private-sector CTC should not be less than ₹14,99,445 in any of the 4 years (Pooled for calculation; PLI/bonus excluded).

Company Secretary - Essential Education

• Associate Company Secretary (ACS) or Fellow Company Secretary (FCS).

Company Secretary - Desirable Education

• Degree in Law with specialization in Corporate Law OR CA/ICWA/MBA. Working knowledge of ERP, MS Office, accounting packages, and internet usage.

Company Secretary - Experience

• Minimum 8 years of secretarial and managerial experience, with at least 4 years in the pay scale of 40,000-1,40,000 (IDA) or equivalent in a reputed organization (central/state government, PSU, or private sector). Private-sector CTC should not be less than ₹11,99,556 in any of the 4 years (Pooled for calculation; PLI/bonus excluded).

Departmental Candidates

• Departmental candidates with requisite qualification and experience working in the next lower scale will be considered with a 5-year age relaxation, applicable to employees in service for the last 3 years.

Reservation & Relaxation

• Reservations for SC/ST/OBC/PWD/EWS/Ex-Servicemen as per government directives. OBC candidates must provide a current Non-Creamy Layer OBC certificate (not older than 6 months) in the prescribed government format.
