Age Limit

• Senior Manager: Maximum 38 years
• Deputy General Manager: Maximum 41 years
• General Manager: Maximum 44 years

Age Relaxation

• 5 years for SC/ST
• 3 years for Other Backward Classes (NCL)
• 10-15 years for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (varying by category)
• 5 years for Ex-servicemen with at least five years of service

Essential qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university/institute
• Experience requirements vary by post (see below)

Experience

• Senior Manager (Technical): Minimum 6 years overall experience in infrastructure projects (highways/roads, bridges, tunnels, runways, buildings)
• Deputy General Manager (Technical): Minimum 13 years
• General Manager (Technical): Minimum 16 years

Nationality

• Indian citizen or subject of Nepal/Bhutan

Other criteria

• Candidates must meet the specified educational qualification, age criteria, and minimum experience as detailed above and in the notification
