• EMO [02 DWH, 05 DIV-DH]: MBBS, UP Medical Council registration, 01 year experience.
• Medical Officer MBBS [DIV-DH - 02, 100 Bed Athraulia - 01, UPHC Anantpura - 01]: MBBS, UP Medical Council registration.
• General Physician 1 each at CHC-Haraiya, Devgaon (Lalganj), Bardah & Koilsa: MBBS, UP Medical Council registration, 01 year experience.
