Educational Qualifications (Post-wise)

• 2nd ANM: ANM course with registration
• Medical Officer (AYUSH): BHMS/BAMS/BUMS with GOI-recognised Ayush/Homeo/Unani council registration
• MPW (Male) - UHWC: 10+2 with Biology + one-year Diploma/Training (Multipurpose Worker) registered with the CG Paramedical Council
• Community Health Officer - HWC: B.Sc Nursing Certificate Course in Community Health Integrated Course, or Post Basic B.Sc Nursing Certificate in Community Health Integrated Course, with CG Nursing Council registration
• Nursing Officer - NHM/CCU/UHWC: B.Sc Nursing or Post Basic B.Sc Nursing or GNM with CG Nursing Council registration
• Staff Nurse (NBSU/NRC/SNCU/Pediatric Ward): B.Sc Nursing or GNM with CG Nursing Council registration
• Nurses for Geriatric Care/Palliative Care (NCD): B.Sc Nursing or Post Basic B.Sc Nursing or GNM with CG Nursing Council registration
• Laboratory Technician - RBSK: 12th with Biology + DMLT/BMLT/Pathology (CG Paramedical Council registration)
• Laboratory Technician - DPHL: 10+2 with Biology + BMLT/DMLT or one-year certificate course (CMLT) with Paramedical Council registration
• Physiotherapist - NHM: BPT with CG Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy Council registration
• Medical Officer - AYUSH: BHMS/BAMS/BUMS with GOI-recognised Ayush/Homeo/Unani council registration
• Psychologist - Clinical (NMHP): M.Phil Psychology or M.Sc/M.A. Psychology (Regular) as recognised by RCI
• Dental Assistant - NOHP: Matriculation with relevant one-year dental associate course and registration
• Radiographer/X-Ray Technician: 12th with Science + CG-recognised Radiography course + CG Paramedical Council registration
• Secretarial Assistant - NHM (DPMU): 12th with at least a one-year Diploma in Computer Application

Application Fee

The application fee must be paid via Demand Draft or Banker's Cheque issued by a nationalised bank in favour of "District Health Society, Dhamtari". The DD/cheque must be attached to the application form. Separate applications and DDs are required for each post if applying for multiple posts.

• OBC: Rs. 200 (below Rs. 25,000); Rs. 300 (Rs. 25,000 and above)

Important Instructions

• All appointments are purely temporary and contractual, valid up to 31 March 2027, extendable based on performance.
• No travelling allowance will be paid for the recruitment process.
• Bond on Rs. 50 stamp paper and No Objection Certificate may be required if applying elsewhere.
• Posting location is fixed; transfer is not allowed during the contract period.
• All information provided must be true; false information can lead to cancellation or termination.
• Selection is not guaranteed by mere application; final appointment depends on document verification and availability of posts.
• A waitlist will be prepared category-wise and remain valid for one year or until the next recruitment, whichever is earlier.

How to Apply

• This recruitment does not involve online submission. Applicants must appear in person on the walk-in date at the indicated venue: Office of the CMHO, District Dhamtari.
• Bring the filled application form, photographs, and all required documents in the specified sequence, along with the DD/cheque for the fee.
• Registration closes at 11:00 AM on the respective walk-in date; eligible lists will be published by 5:00 PM on the same day, with objections accepted from 5:00 PM to 5:30 PM. The final list is published the next day at 10:00 AM, followed by the interview/written/skill test from 11:00 AM onwards.
